I am sorry that I from the beginning bougth a Bürstner Motorhome. Because I have had a lot of trouble sice then. I have been loosing a lot of money because of bad fitted equipment and the worst of all: THE I 574/99 AND I I647/99 have had a over 60 % of water in the walls and bottom. The I 574 had water in the steps and along the right <br>side and at the rear, because of bad fitted Watertubs. There are no radius between the wall and flor. The result: water are penetrating down in the wall and bottom. EVEN MISSING SEALING IN THE JOINT BETWEEN WALLS AND FLOR GOT THE RESULT THAT <br>WATER ARE SUCCION FROM BELOW IN RAINY AND SNOWY DAYS. And the plywood are succing water also.<br>I got another MH, the I 647/99, This had been running not more than 20,000 Km. I got 100 % warranty that this new MH was absolutely fri from water but after 3 weeks I got a test and it shows the step was pouring of water. I had a new step produced of GRP and had a company nearby to have this fitted. At the same time this company tested the whole MH and found another 3 places with over 60 % of moisture. I could pick wood from inside the wall with my bare hands. IT HAD BEEN ROTTEN IN A 2 YEARS TIME. ITS HORRIBLE TO USE WOOD INLAMINATED IN THE WALL AND BOTTOM. BAD MATERIAL FROM THE BEGINNING IS THE ROOT OF MANY PROBLEMS.<br>AND THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO TAKE THE LOSSES. I WILL CALL THIS CHOICE OF BAD MATERIAL KRIMINELL. Even if the factory have the warranty, so after this has ended, You have to pay. <br>The problem with Bürstner MobilHomes using bad material is explained from the sellers side as:<br>ALL MANUFACTURER USE THE SAME TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION. AND THAT IS NEARLY TRUE. I have investigated in 26 different brands and of all THERE WAS ONLY 6!! ( .SIX!!!) using waterresistant<br>material. THERE ARE MODERN MATERIAL WHICH NOT SUCCION WATER. But because it is more expensive they are not using this material. AND LET CUSTOMERS TAKE THE TROUBLE AND THE LOSSES. If you tray to change to another brand,and because of there are a Büerstner,you got a wery low bid. The second hand price are very low. <p>YOU SHOULD ASK FOR THE FOLLOING IF YOU SHOULD PURCHASE A NEW MOBILHOME: <br>1. Are they using wood in the structure of the wall and bottom.<br>2. Are they using not waterresistant plywood in the floor.<br>3. Are they using sealing to stop leaking water.<br>IF THEY ADMIT WOOD, REFUSE TO BAY. <br>IF THE SELLERS SAY THEY DON´T KNOW, DON´T BAY.<p>Nr: 1. They should use DIVINYCELL or similar. <br> This material have been used in <br> Boatproduction for nearly 30 year <br> whitout problems. I HAVE 35 YEAR AS A <br> DESIGNER AND BOATBUILDER, SO I KNOW.<p>Nr2. Marinplywood are the only material <br> together with GRP.<p>Nr: 3. Sikaflex or similar have to be used in <br> all sealing.<p>I am sorry that I can´t speak German.<br>I have a VIDEO showing all trouble you can <br>encounter baying a BÜERSTNER MotorHome. Hat jemand schon Erfahrungen mit diesem Teil gemacht. Wir würden gerne unseren Pilote A580 verkaufen und uns dieses Teil zulegen. Den Pilote konnten wir vorher mieten um unsere Erfahrungen damit zu machen aber den 747-2 findet man in keiner Vermietung. Uns gefällt auch der Frankia A800 aber der Preis ist erheblich höher und die neuen Schrankgriffe sagen uns nicht zu, weil wir schon des öfteren gesehen haben, dass sie nicht genau greifen, wenn das Fahrzeug schräg steht und die Schränke aufgehen.
